Living from Art meeting: Making an exhibition of yourself - with Andy Owen-Smith

Andy Owen-Smith, artist, and owner of Sixteen Gallery is our guest speaker, sharing what he has learned running the gallery and putting on an exhibition. He will walk through some practical hints & tips as well as what has worked well, and not so well, for himself and the many other exhibitors who have rented the space, since it opened 18 months ago.

An interactive session - it will include a range of topics based around what he calls his 7 P’s

• Positioning – what are the main reasons for exhibiting and how      best to meet these goals

• Promotion – different ways of getting people to come along to      see your work
