Writing to engage your audience

Sometimes you need to reach people through words as well as images. In addition to being an artist working with glass, Debbie Smith helps business people in a range of sectors to make their writing clear, effective and engaging. She will lead a practical session helping us think through how we write about our art - what we want to tell people and how to get it across on the page.
